We want you to be completely satisfied with your Malika Favre home collection; if your art print or textile isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and pristine condition to ensure a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective tubes or boxes to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned artwork, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
